the breakfast food, especially toast, cereal, and pastries was nice. the room was airy and good-sized, the bed was extremely comfy. it was in a very central location, in the middle of town close to everything. there was wine bar mayfair, that i found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Its location is absolutely perfect in the best area of Tirana. The rooms are nicely decorated and airy, have hypo-allergenic pillows;))

The Christmas experience at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the beautifully decorated rooms and festive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, putting us right in the heart of the city's Christmas celebrations. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

Our room faced a busy street which made it quite noisy at night and made it difficult to sleep. However, this was not a fault of the hotel and we understand that it's sometimes difficult to find a quiet room in such a central location.
